:wow: been in that bish for two hours damn near everyday since July! I went from 250 to 236, 10 more lbs to go. Goal is to cut the weight through heavy weight lifting. LA fitness in Atlanta be too damn packed.

My last scan said I was 267 with 27% BF. Goal is 12%. I’m on that juice so now it’s just a matter of time :steviej:

Last week in Dec through the first two weeks in Jan. Right now it’s Jozi and Durbs confirmed on the agenda but I still gotta decide how long I’ll spend in each place.

But I fly in and out of Jozi..

I've been embarking on a new challenge for myself and been doing crossfit for the last couple weeks. Been doing 1:1 stuff with the coach to get down movements and all that, today I joined the morning class and goddamn it was such a mood booster. shyt was similar to the runner's high you get. I was tired, sweaty, and sore af but I still felt good lmao

Shout out to the breh on here who did Crossfit, I seen him post about it and was interested since then. shyt is a challenge for sure but it's fun cause I been a regular a gym goer for years so trying new things brings excitement when it comes to working out.

Don't know if you're talking about me but yeah, the reason I do crossfit is because after every work out I feel that high. Combined with seeing progress in movements/conditioning and regularly doing the classes together with my wife it's a no-brainer to show up multiple times a week.

Good looks, yeah it probably was you and I believe another breh on here I know he had a thread in this section going through his wods. Also dope to know you get that high after as well, just confirms I’m doing the right thing ha.

Been on 200. Just moved up to 250. The strength & physique gains are :ahh:

Just bought Reta & klow. Reta for appetite suppression & fat oxidation. Klow for healing & muscle recovery. I’m about to look like a action movie star :mjlit:
