Don't know if you're talking about me but yeah, the reason I do crossfit is because after every work out I feel that high. Combined with seeing progress in movements/conditioning and regularly doing the classes together with my wife it's a no-brainer to show up multiple times a week.I've been embarking on a new challenge for myself and been doing crossfit for the last couple weeks. Been doing 1:1 stuff with the coach to get down movements and all that, today I joined the morning class and goddamn it was such a mood booster. shyt was similar to the runner's high you get. I was tired, sweaty, and sore af but I still felt good lmao
Shout out to the breh on here who did Crossfit, I seen him post about it and was interested since then. shyt is a challenge for sure but it's fun cause I been a regular a gym goer for years so trying new things brings excitement when it comes to working out.
