Been on 200. Just moved up to 250. The strength & physique gains are :ahh:

Just bought Reta & klow. Reta for appetite suppression & fat oxidation. Klow for healing & muscle recovery. I’m about to look like a action movie star :mjlit:
Have you considered adding HCG to keep the basket balls inflated? :dame: :dame:

Lol..... Oh I have no problem with running cycles. What I was referring to is that if you did research you would know that you should not be attempting to run a cycle until you are at most 15% BF.... 18% if you are being very generous...

I’m aware. The body just aromatizes more at a higher body fat % but you can offset that with DIM. Even if you couldn’t. The pros outweigh the cons.

:francis:...... since I'm in a rewatch of Dragon Ball I am going to use it as an equivalence..... "Hopping On" should be the last tier in the evolution. Just how Goku had to start out with a turtle shell to train, continuously increasing his training to eventually arriving at the development to become a Super Saiyajin. You are jumping steps..... building the habit of continuous training nonstop, diet, recovery, basic supplementation. All those should be refined and mastered before arriving at the final stage........Look I get the temptation, but thinking it is a silver bullet, you are going to emd up disappointed and with a trashed endocrine system.....But as you say.... you've read these things but your desire to get there "now" is overruling the logical reasoning that you deep down know and should be following....

making assumptions about ppl is rarely correct. Been in the gym my whole life And I’ve lost 70+ pounds multiple times just off eating a balanced diet.

Cell, Frieza, Majin Buu and others skipped steps too. Hell, majority of One Piece characters did when they got their Devil fruit too.

On a holiday in Malta so not doing any lifting or crossfit this week. First day was all about hiking around the countryside. Best way to make use of being fit and healthy, gonna be doing a lot more walking and cycling the coming days :blessed:

Bought a new pair of running shoes on Sunday. A pair of Brooks @ dikk's :dame: for $99.00.....and older version, like 2 years.

The newer versions are $164.00. I told the guy to give me the older version because they are all pretty much the same and that they make marginal upgrades. Breh couldn't help but agree. I'm like "I know y'all can't say that to the customers but it's cool".
