HS wrestlers were in my gym doing deadlifts...just so happened to be back day for me. :jawalrus: Little dudes were egging me on to go heavy with them. Got 455lbs. once with gloves and no belt...still got it. Gonna feel this at work in the morning though. :wow:

Went over 225 for the first time on bench on Friday. Did 225 for six reps and my shoulder and wrist felt good. Went up every 5 or 10lbs. for like 2/3 reps until I got to 250...chest went :pacspit: midway on my second rep. I'm curious to see what my 1RM is...might try it in a month. I can tell the chest dips have been paying off. :win:
Yo breh... for bench... if your wrists are aggy fukk with some wrist wraps. Last time I benched I hit 3x8x215, I'm finally about to cross that threshold

My upper body strength ain't shyt. I've been using 20's, 15's and 12's and I can't do a front raise or chest press with any of those weights. I can do a single arm shoulder press with the 20's but not both arms together. I got work to do :yes:

I don't do cardio on my strength training days either but I've read conflicting stories on if that matters or not. I'd just rather do 30-40 minutes of straight strength and I still sweat like the dikkens. I also do a full-body. So like one upper body exercise and then a lower body one and I go back n forth...no rhyme or reason. I'm just having fun out there :heh:

my gf had me eating too good this past weekend :wow:...im about to be in my gym (which has no AC) tonight in 95 degree heat doing my cardio/calisthenics/boxing routine....its gonna be a pure struggle...but gluttony must be punished :sadcam:

moving + not renewing planet fitness membership + ymca near the job always be full and can never get equipment = out of shape mr.black

cant wait till i'm moved and can get back into a regular routine

I would if there was anywhere to run, and i'm like david otunga in that i kinda get bored running and cardio, I'll try and stick to tuna and salads since i dont feel like cooking after moving shyt
