i've been a train wreck, haven't been to the gym in 2 weeks, diets been trash, sleep has been minimal at best. i really need to recharge and regroup.
monday will be my first day of commuting from my new house and cutting out about an unnecessary additional hour and change of wasted time every day. so i'm hoping that will be the kick in the ass i need.

but im going back on my off days... i need to get my body ready for the summer! i was doing the leg press machine on thursday with some 25s on each side... it may be weak but im just starting out... But im scared that with the weight loss im gonna loose my t*ts *grabs t*ts* but then again they may just come back anyway.
