Not a gym story, but I swear if people notice you're eating better, or are on a diet, they'll try and give you so much food (mostly junk). People don't like seeing others improve themselves.![]()
They aren't used to seeing you skinnier.Man I'm dealing with that right now. I've lost almost 80 pounds since I graduated HS. (3 years ago). But now my family keeps telling me to stop losing weight and they will suggest me to eat sweets and anything that is bad for you routinely. Thank god I have good self control.
