I did a leg workout yesterday. I did 10 sets.
I got up to 305 lbs. for one rep on the squat. I did 285 lbs for 3 reps on the way down.

What to you guys do for elbow pain (tennis elbow)? Had to stop dumbbell overhead tricep extension after 2 reps.

Lower the weight or stop doing that exercise completely. Overhead extensions fukk with my elbow if I do em too early in a workout, so I do em at the end when my tris are already pumped and joints lubricated. Stop locking out if you are

Not a gym story, but I swear if people notice you're eating better, or are on a diet, they'll try and give you so much food (mostly junk). People don't like seeing others improve themselves. :mjcry:

legs feel like shyt tho :damn:

still the most effective way to get them lower abs :manny:

Man I'm dealing with that right now. I've lost almost 80 pounds since I graduated HS. (3 years ago). But now my family keeps telling me to stop losing weight and they will suggest me to eat sweets and anything that is bad for you routinely. Thank god I have good self control.
