Um yeah, I simply meant I didn't know what made up those numbersBrehs I got cuts on my cuts right now flexing even when Im not pumped. Chest striations all the way across, shoulders with them deep pumpkim ridge separations, arms lookin wavy and 3d, 8 pack in the morning when Im dry (4 pack at night when bloated).
Yall can say what you want but the results speak for themselves.
My daily sugar intake recently has sometimes been 50g from 2 clif bars, 65g dextrose dumped straight into my protein either for post workout or breakfast (or sometimes both), 22g lactose, 50g from candy, plus incidental sugar from other sources. Yes, 200g some days, probably 100g on the low end, and averaging around 150g.
I didnt start EC stack until 3 days ago either, so there was no 'assistance'
There is a reason that "clean" eating has taken a hit and is considered a dead concept by some people.
Yeah, some people go full retard and wont accept the contextual exceptions, but the fact of the matter is that properly controlled and executed science flat out does not support a noteworthy distinction among carb sources in a caloric deficit. Studies that DO show a difference almost undoubtedly do not accurately control calories and should be considered "hunger" studies in my opinion
For me right now controlling hunger isnt a problem because I have little appetite. I am drinking liquid calories just to make sure I get in my full 2200
@Adam3000
I've seen lots of hype in the thyroid community about high sugar diets, specifically Ray Peat protocol, or becoming sugar adapted (as opposed to fat adapted). They see an initial slight weight gain, and then they go back to losing weight. They be eating hella ice cream every day and it works for a lot of them.
Have you gotten your testosterone and estrogen levels checked? For you to store fat around your nipples, and not just your overall chest seems to indicate low T.
31?Well Im 31 so my T levels are probably in the decline stage now anyhow. Low T would help explain why muscle building is a slow process for me and my sex drive has fallen off a cliff. But it cant be that low I wouldnt think....my energy levels are very high.
I probably should get them checked you are right. But I wouldnt consider TRT until age 40 anyway so Im not sure what it would accomplish
I don't think TRT is the answer if you are in your 20s or 30s and have low T, which has become increasingly common scenario nowadays due to so much estrogen (both fake and phyto) exposure in our daily lives. More and more men are having higher levels of estrogen in their system, and more women are experiencing a condition called estrogen dominance (where their estro kills their progesterone and testosterone levels). The treatment for this can be a change in lifestyle, coupled with increased Calcium D-glucarate, Diim, vitamin D3 and eating lots of good fats.Well Im 31 so my T levels are probably in the decline stage now anyhow.
