Ok brehs and brehettes, it's been a minute since I posted in here. Between school, a promotion at work, and various other commitments I've gotten
My diet is back on point and I'm thinking 5x5 to get back in the swing of things. My question is do I need to start with an empty bar since I've done it before or can start with a decent amount of weight?
If you aren't starting from scratch I would start with a weight you can manage progress from.Ok brehs and brehettes, it's been a minute since I posted in here. Between school, a promotion at work, and various other commitments I've gotten

Man I can't get back in to working out yet. After fracturing my ankle a month ago I'm to the point I can walk on it. Tried to go light and hit the elliptical and just had pain going up and down my leg that I hurt. Just driving me crazy not being able to get a run in of any sort. Especially was trying to get back in before the new year resolution rush.I'm not going to lie, I've kinda slacked off. In October, I was at my peak in terms of muscular definition was concerned.
I saw my ex at the gym and she told me, I looked good and left the gym with the quickness after our small conversation, I don't know what that means
Anyways since that point I've been following a routine but I stopped pushing myself to the fullest, very lazy workouts. I weigh about the same, but I don't look as big. Right now I'm around 192-193 pounds (This is up from 175-180 at the beginning of the year). Still trying to get into the low 200's and THEN have a major cut to have my abs looking right but still don't want to lose a lot of size. Just been lazy, with my diet and workouts![]()
Yeah but I'm no expert. I didn't know if it would hinder my progression to get back where I was if I didn't start from the bottom againAre you not the dude that posted a vid of you deadlifting 465?
