Upside down pullups (not completely upside down, more so L-shaped) on rings hit the traps nicely.

Stupid questions:

What can you lift more on BB Flat a Bench with you but off the bench

I feel more activation I my core than man legs on most forms of squats. Why is that?
Butt off the bench = more leg drive and shorter range of motion

More core activation than legs = you might have long legs and a short torso prompting good morningish form. Ive seen the weight you move though so this might not be an issue. But if you want to hit legs harder take core out of the equation (leg press, ham curls etc etc etc)

Maaan my Thighs are Sore as shyt nevermind I do Mail Delivery so I do a lot of Walking,I tried some TRX and I was up there looking like a fool:heh:but I held it down and im gonna do the DUT today as well as get my Assessment

Pardon my ignorance but umm....
what is TRX and DUT?

TRX-Total Body Resistance,the Exercises with the Straps where u can put your feet or grab on and do Squats,Planks etc

DUT-Daily Ultimate Training,where we do different Drills/Exercises for 50 mins
