PISSED!

The salad is basically calorie free, dressing is basically nothing, and with some salt, pepper and garlic powder diced grilled chicken tastes damn good in it

This would have taken like another 5 lbs of of my damn cut so far. Def keeping salad in the toolbox

I think I'm gonna start my youtube channel with this recipe

I have a decent physique, but my Lats are mediocre.
Seen some brolic cat with a wide ass v-taper doing pull-ups in between every set he was doing :patrice: Thought shyt, I'ma have to steal that.

Started implementing that into my routine a few weeks ago, knocking out 50+ pull-ups each upper body day..... seeing some progress with the V and I'm able to knock out 15 strict consecutive pull-ups for sets now.

Stealing routines FTW
