I worked out yesterday. I did a 2 mile job and then worked on chest. It's been awhile since I did barbell bench press. I tweaked my shoulder so I laid off of it and did machine bench.
Anyway, I did 3 sets at 135 lbs. and wasn't feeling the funny pinch in my shoulder.
I've also been doing intermittent fasting once a week to get my weight down. I saw that I was good at maintaining my weight week to week but I was trying to go down in weight. So, with intermittent fasting. It's been slowly driving my weight down.
So, for I've lost about 8 pounds.
I also notice that when I eat the next day. I have diarrhea of both breakfast and lunch. It's like the meal took a zip-line through my intestinal tract.
that happens to me too

saw something i dont get at all: Guy at the smith machine has 80lbs on each side. But has 2 25lb plates, 2 10lb, and 2 5lbs. Just use 1 45 and 1 35 :mindblown:


in a good way?

they be fronting in the gym like they are in a private boutique gym, i see them hogging up barbells, dumbbells all the while they're on the smith and sitting on their azzes on the phone. some want to use the smith and another machine simultaneously.

Yeah, I've been using once a week. It's taxing as hell after a certain distance.

Fukkery today:

No need to do a 6 movement circuit that includes the deadlift platform for over an hour. And then use the platform for another circuit that includes landmines which can be done several other places.
