285 bench
405 deadlift
350 squat
I'll probably be maintaining from here instead of trying to increase all of these totals, but good to know I can join the club now. I'm 175-180 pounds (shyt fluctuates, I have terrible metabolism) so I feel good about these numbers.

I train by myself and I can't seem to get the form right, ending up with some shoulder pain a few days after.
