3 flights of stairs....saved myself $200. Got a mattress, sofa, loveseat and a dresser up with my girl and a 130lbs. kid I offered $20 to help. Got it done, but was a struggle with them. :pachaha:


Ain't nothing like having your own spot and own fridge to cook and eat whatever you want....:blessed:

Brehs after becoming a new father last September i fell off something serious. Got overwhelmed with work and home stuff, no excuses tho.

Been cleaning up my diet, gym on point for a month and the muscle memory kicking in, what a feeling.

AM workouts are :blessed:

finish my cut this week and it went pretty good :obama:...i got one more gym week before vacation..im wondering if i should go hard or do light workouts lessen the risk of injury :patrice:
Go hard.... the pump is gonna feel and look better than impregnating a virtuous Amber Rose

When I carbed back up the pump had me :damn: Going from being all flat to pumped AND lean.... its damn near too much

Brehs ya'll got any advice for a young beginner trying to start working out?

I've been doing a lot of reading but shyt is kind of confusing

Seems like I won't be able to do anything, no gyms near me and I still live at home so getting my diet right might be an issue

Snoop's Doggystyle album has stood the fukking test of time I tell ya. I damn near started c-walking between sets, then I remembered I've never actually c-walked and that itd be kinda weird at a commercial gym.
