havent been to the gym in 3 weeks :sadcam:

Id been ignoring this minor back issue for like a year.
No pain, just felt "weird" sometimes.

I was out with some friends a few weeks ago at a BBQ joint.
Out of nowhere I start getting chest, shoulder and neck pain on my left side.
Every breath I took hurt...felt like heart burn...but wouldnt go away.
I straight up thought I was having a heart attack.

Went to the E.R....took all the test, Doctor said everything looked normal...I probably pulled a muscle or something.

Havent worked out since...shyt is crazy.
Back doesnt hurt...but I still can feel my left side isnt quite right


Dont forget to take breaks from the gym every once in ahwile brehs...
...I hadnt taken a break in years...probably just too much for my body.

crushin them exrx overhead press standards. That elite column though :damn: It's A LOT of work between advanced and elite :wow:

Press Standards

I weigh 224 in the morning now so I run my numbers against the 220 standards. A max of 185lbs qualifies you for advanced at 220lbs :youngsabo: I did 5x5 with that yesterday


:ahh: I'm comin for that bodyweight overhead press
