250 Front Squat PR....:whew:

First time attempting north of 225.

I know that's not wild strong, but I'm gonna get there. I think I like front squats more than back squats right now :patrice:
Let's be reality most people don't front period let alone two plates.

I right there with you, Front Squats is trending towards my heaviest squat variations. Back squats give me trouble on multiple levels.

Recently, when back squatting over like 275, I struggle to go down straight. It's weird. I can lift the weight fine, but feel myself sliding to the right just a touch on the descent. Definitely a little disconcerting.

@HHR...250 is good on front squats...I can't get past 135...the idea of the bar on my neck psyches me out...:skip:

My endurance has gone up noticeable in the past month and I'm the same weight but kinda slimmer.. Blurry 4 pack on deck .. Hurricane gon knock all the power out so the water, raw veggies and fruit diet gonna work wonders

I been eating at maintenance since Tuesday and I dropped like 2 lbs :dahell: Woke up yesterday at 155 and today at 154.4 :dahell:

I know about water weight but how did that happen when I'm eating 400 more cals? I didn't cut down on sodium any more than normal. Fiber stays the same.
