Strting week 2 of phatnd its not as bad as I thought it would be. I was definitely sore last week but ive been stretching and warming up (even on off days) so I think that's saving me.
If I could just get consistent sleep
Still feeling out how many calories I should be eating, I have an IIFYM estimate, and I wanted to gradually build up to that amount, b ut I might b forced to push the button in a couple of weeks.
Not gonna lie, cutting kinda skewed my view on calories, 2300 seems like "a lot" now, even tho im probably burning 500-600 in the gym.
ill see how I am in a couple of weeks when I increase weights.
Currently 181, trying to be 193 or so by march, so ive got time.
