I been eating at maintenance since Tuesday and I dropped like 2 lbs :dahell: Woke up yesterday at 155 and today at 154.4 :dahell:

I know about water weight but how did that happen when I'm eating 400 more cals? I didn't cut down on sodium any more than normal. Fiber stays the same.
1 cup of water weighs half a lb

Make sure your weigh ins/eating + drinking times are consistent. When I'm dieting I don't eat past 8PM cause when I do it throws off my weigh ins a lot.

Nothing is more perplexing to me than seeing an Asian person in the gym quarter squatting. :mindblown:

Weird ass day at the gym today.

Forgot to bring my headphones and my phone was dead anyway so I went in raw. Had to listen to one of the trainers who sounds like Boomhauer. Of the lies he told his client in 30 minutes here are the ones I can remember:

- Powerlifters use a narrow bar grip
- Different grip angles on tricep pushdowns hit different heads
- Some other bullshyt

Also noticed a few dudes staring :dahell: One dude asked me in the locker room if I'm one of the trainers. "No" "Well you are in phenomenal shape" :dahell: :whoa: I am not even done with phase one. Definitely need to bring my damn headphones. I do think I am in at least as good if not better shape than most of the trainers there though and all of em are pretty legit :myman:

My neck is losing size. I swear desk jobs create the perfect storm for :flabbynsick: time to bring back bridges and shrugs. Neck is still 17.5" tho :skip:

Strting week 2 of phatnd its not as bad as I thought it would be. I was definitely sore last week but ive been stretching and warming up (even on off days) so I think that's saving me.

If I could just get consistent sleep :jbhmm:

Still feeling out how many calories I should be eating, I have an IIFYM estimate, and I wanted to gradually build up to that amount, b ut I might b forced to push the button in a couple of weeks.

Not gonna lie, cutting kinda skewed my view on calories, 2300 seems like "a lot" now, even tho im probably burning 500-600 in the gym.

ill see how I am in a couple of weeks when I increase weights.

Currently 181, trying to be 193 or so by march, so ive got time.

QTNA. I was working out with my girl a few months ago and I can't jump rope for shyt. She was damn near in tears watching me try.


I'm back in top shape cardio wise. Moved out a state a couple months back and have finally played myself back into basketball shape. A neega ran 8 games yesterday and won all of em. I just gotta get some good weight routines for my non-basketball days.

I'm in grad school at a Big 12 school and the rec weight room is BY FAR the shyttiest excuse for a weight room I've seen. Some highlights include: (2) flat barbell benches, one incline barbell bench , one decline barbell bench, one linear leg press machine, some rusty ass kettlebells, it's just pathetic. You thought you gotta wait for a bench or machine at your local LA Fitness, well you aint seen anything lol.
"They" say HBCUs don't have any money, but my HBCU's student weight room was better than this. These kids paying over 50 racks a year and getting this shyt :mjlol:

there was this old asian cat the other day in the gym and i had no idea what the fukk he was doing....i was on the cross trainer finishing up my round of cardio and dude was on the mat..humping it...i mean really humping it..and was out of breath too :dame:..shyt had me like wtf? :dahell:..i was looking around to see if somebody else saw this wild ass shyt..easily made the top 10 weird things ive seen in the gym lol
