Gonna have to get a 2nd gym membership with planet fitness. Stopped being a member there last june and got a membership at LA fitness and been growing more ever since

But sometimes I get off work late around 8:30-9:30 on fri/sats and LA fitness is closed or 30mins before closing. So I need a 24hr option. For atleast 2x a week.

Hopefully I dont run into my ex

I think ATL brehs will agree with me that the LA Fitness in Atlantic Station has some of the baddest chicks in the city. A close second is the one on Akers Mill. It's nearly impossible to focus when I workout there

Walked out the shower and saw the dude looking at me out the side of his eye, like (but without the smile)



Dude proceeds to move his shyt and start changing next to me and I knew it was only a matter of time till he said something, so I'm rushing, hoping to get the fukk up outta there before he works up the courage.


Soon as I'm done, dude says, "Nice body, you work out hard?" and starts asking me if I live in the area and shyt.


I think he eventually realised I wasn't into that gay shyt cause I refused to make eye contact with him and basically just answered his questions with a "yes" or "no"



I fukking hate it when these gay dudes do this shyt. It literally ruins my entire day, now every time I go to the gym, I'm gonna have to worry about running into him

There is one attendant (female) at the gym this morning. Towel service is comp and they wash onsite. I'm just getting out of the shower:

Two seconds later she rolls in with no damns given.

She did it again, didn't even announce it. Just rolled in

i finally got on the bench these last 2 weeks. normally i db press cause i workout solo but my shoulder was hurting from having to flip them weights up so i moved to the bench. was hitting 205 pretty well, wonder if i should go for 225 I never tried before. i don't like spotters cause they make me nervous but i dont want to not be able to get the bar up but i know i can get it just not sure how many times. might just stay with 205

Damn near passed out in the gym today. Hit 245 on squats for 44 reps total (5x8-9), felt OK. Went to hit stiff leg deads, first rep, I feel like I'm due for a deload soon, might just cut all the heavy shyt out next week and do some cardio
