Why are all pants either made for fat nikkas or skinny ass UNICEF kid Abercrombie model looking fakkits? :why:

I typically wear a 31 waist, which is already a pain in the ass to find, but I tried on three different fits of Levis (502, 541, and chino joggers) and I couldn't even get them on over my legs. :francis: I'd hardly consider my quads massive, but even the 34s were too tight around the legs. I also tried two different fits of Dockers (straight fit jean cut, athletic fit alpha khaki) and, while they fit a little better, I still had the same problem.

Are there any decent fits of pants for nikkas who actually have quads? I'm not trying to spend $150 on Barbell Apparel. :francis:

The Denizen Levi brand from target is quad friendly because they have a bit of stretch to them

You have u get some denim with some stretch in them. American Eagle 360 Flex fits me well. 6'2'' 220 with 32 waist, 26 thighs and a football player ass...pause. Fit me nice and no skinny jean shyt. :ohhh:

fukk Barbell Apparel and their shyt overpriced jeans....tried a pair and the material just looks funny and it doesn't fit my ass well.:scust:

I've been doing some real evaluation on my calves cause I'm 4 seconds away from getting implants :mjcry:
Anyway I'm wondering if the shoe I work out in
773_Blk_Hero.jpg

That could be a reason they aren't hitting as hard
And my inner part of the muscle pops a little bit but the outer part doesn't pop at all. I'm thinking this could be because the way my foot is structured the "pad" below my big toe kinda forces my foot to hold all my weight inside and the right side of my foot and pinky toe barely touches the ground. Even when I get on my toes to do raises.
Yall think there's anything there or am I just reaching?

Slow overhead press is brutal. Really brings the abs and traps in. the middle back takes a pounding too. Bumped the weight down to 160 from 190 and focused on feeling each part of the movement.

Had to make the dreaded shopping trip to buy a heating pad today. fukked my back up real good yesterday deadlifting. I chose not to listen to my body and tried to push through some soreness during my warmup and ended up straining it badly.

Can't even bend over far enough to lift up the toilet seat today. Gonna be a long few weeks of recovery. I'm gonna stay active though, last time I strained my back a few years ago it seemed to heal more quickly once I got back in the gym and did some cautious workouts
