Yeah my heavy sets/reps are full stops and fairly low reps. No back issues at all and still beltless.

I think I told this story but with my old form i was all bounce reps and I hurt my back pretty bad for not having to have surgery. Never againYup. My reps get UGLY and dangerous if I don't full stop.
