My ole lady got me some wireless beats this morning but they are the solo joints I've been working out all of this time in some studios with the long ass cord....Breh on a scale of 1-10 is it corny to use the solos as a Breh?
anybody that notices what kind of headphones youre rocking in the gym is corny.

Quick question. I bought some boneless chicken breasts. Any good ideas for meals? So far I just bake the chicken and eat it with spinach. That or salmon.

fukking lower back keeps getting tweaked again everytime I think its getting better. Just doing everyday activities is when I'm tweaking it. I think my body mechanics are compensating, and that compensation is the cause of the new tweaks.

Quick question. I bought some boneless chicken breasts. Any good ideas for meals? So far I just bake the chicken and eat it with spinach. That or salmon.
You can season it with a variety of spices/herbs and (good) oils overnight, then grill it and eat it with a complex carb or a simple carb if you have an active life. Add some broccoli or whatever green of your choice.

Same thing with salmon.

So far I just season it. And bake it. Sometimes I lightly bread it.

I'm gonna get back to broccoli. Or at least diversify my greens.

Sometimes in the morning I have a smoothie for breakfast. Mostly veggies.

You have a lot of options. I would look up some dry rubs.

My go to for the past few months has been brown sugar, some salt, dried parsley and mustard. Mix ingredients together, then mix with chicken in a bowl, bake at 400 degrees for like 40 minutes. I keep saying I'm gonna make a video of this recipe... maybe next week. I have a few

I like running because of how it makes my glutes and calves look but there is one problem, I can't go more than half a mile before my ankles start burning. I've had this problem for a while and no one can help me. Stretching isn't the problem nor is any lack of vitamins. My knees don't give me any problems at all but my ankles feel like the bones are rubbing against each other and the pain is excruciating.
My only alternatives is walking on a treadmill on an incline or elliptical machine which I both hate cuz it's feels tedious and doesn't get my heart up like I want it to. What would you guys suggest?
