I've been stuck on 250 squat for the longest time. I can rep it out 8x

Strength gainz not really my goal I jus want grow mass in my legs overall..

Is the strength plateau something I should be worried about? Or should I just eat more and increase volume in leg day training.

Your lower back is weak. Try warming it up for about 10 mins until you start (hyper extensions) and doing a deep squat stretch for about 5 mins.

And yeah you are going to need to eat more calories too.

I hate when Nikkas come to the gym to bullshyt, doing all kinds of wild shyt wasting time:mjcry:

I give myself about and hour for lifting (not counting travel time, changing, showering) I'm typing this waiting on someone to finish their sets.

Chris Jones needs throw his supplier in the bushes. He tipped us off with the 20% off sale MLK day last Saturday, but I check the site beforehand and as usual almost everything L/XL already sold out. That ain't a sale, that's a clearance.

And I ain't

but whats with these boys not wiping their sweat. Yesterday a guy asked to work in on bench press. He gets up and its drenched. Dude takes a toilet tissue square size disinfectant wipe and spreads it around like that got rid of it and I'm going to lay my freshly retwisted dreads back on that bench

Went to the locker room, got a full size towel to lay on there and dude acted offended.

On a whim I decided to open my old P90x rips and do those workouts.

P90x might be one of the best workouts ever brehs. The pump you get from the chest and back day is ridiculous. Gonna try to stick with it this time.

I do all of the non-weight stuff at home to warm up then drive 5 mins to the gym to finish out the weight/pullup portion.

Looks like I'm getting my left shoulder scoped next week :francis: I've been on such a good roll the last 2 months so it's a shame to hit a road block now. But, it's still January so I expect to back lifting by March. I also know how to rehab this procedure pretty well from last time so I have that going for me. Hehe, right guys????

I need to find a good warm up for squats, swear it takes forever since I started back lifting. :hamster:

Gotta get my diet consistent as well, looked at the calorie maintenance and I'm way off the mark:picard:

Foam roll every day when you wakeup and stretch as much as possible. Simple shyt like touching your toes, pelvic tilts will help with that.

But I don't do squats like that.

It's literally a mirror image of last surgery. Same exact issues, same damage, same work, same recovery, same PT. Good news is after this I don't have to worry about my shoulders any more. Next up will be a knee or hip lol. Who knew 36 would feel this old?
