2017 #NoLossesI've been stuck on 250 squat for the longest time. I can rep it out 8x
Strength gainz not really my goal I jus want grow mass in my legs overall..
Is the strength plateau something I should be worried about? Or should I just eat more and increase volume in leg day training.

I've been on such a good roll the last 2 months so it's a shame to hit a road block now. But, it's still January so I expect to back lifting by March. I also know how to rehab this procedure pretty well from last time so I have that going for me. Hehe, right guys???? 

Foam roll every day when you wakeup and stretch as much as possible. Simple shyt like touching your toes, pelvic tilts will help with that.I need to find a good warm up for squats, swear it takes forever since I started back lifting.
Gotta get my diet consistent as well, looked at the calorie maintenance and I'm way off the mark![]()
