Best training session in a while. Slowly starting to get back in the game.

Be blind enough without glasses to not see if chicks are making eye contact at the gym brehs.....

You don't work out with your glasses on breh? I wear glasses and couldn't imagine working out without em. Been grabbed all sorts of wrong weights and dropped some shyt on myself :russ:

It's hard for me to maintain weight. I've been bulking for the past 5-6months. I was 129lbs at my lowest back in May. Now I'm currently at 153lbs. But for the last 2-3 months I've been flowing between 149 and 156. My goal is to get to 160-165lbs(I'm only 5'7). But I can't MAINTAIN weight. I eat and eat, and I'd get up to 155lbs for like a day or two, than drop back down to 149lbs a coupled days later.

I run my shyt like the military.... I can just tell by the way he asked he's gonna be on some lackadaisical BS. I will probably go with him on leg day since I have a lot of rest/down time then. Once motorcycle season starts up I can loosen up a little..... main thing that drives my whole routine is parking. You get back past 12:15 or so, you're parking out in the sticks

I can't sleep worth a damn. My diet and workouts are okay but I can't get rest. What supplements are you guys taking to sleep? I'm looking at melatonin and 5-htp.

Glad I'm not the only one who rests a lot between sets on squats :whew: safety issue
