How does my weight fluctuate so much?

Sure, I had Thai food and Henny over the weekend but the 6.5 lbs fluctuation is crazy.

Carbs and salt cause water retention like I've never seen before. Crazy thing is by Wednesday I'll be at my last week Fridays weight.

Fellas I gotta come clean. I havent kept to my goal of being consistent. I been doing some work here and there but I havent been going to the more amped wushu classes.

For some reason my legs just been sore as a motherfukker lately. Sometimes im one of those people that has to work up hill and then I can coast off the momentum but its been just unusually rough. Might need to see a doctor about this tbh.

Lol bruh i feel you. Like im 180 right now but if I were to skip the gym today and tomorrow, eat dinner both days, when I go back to the gym Thursday and check the scale a nikka would be 186 or some shyt like that. I be like :what: :damn:

Man, between the calorie deficit, lifting, and jumping rope, fat is flying off. Almost feels like I'm cheating. :wow:

Currently in the upper teens in body fat % and I'm looking to hit low teens for that athletic look.

I want to do the same, but I'm tired of cutting....lol

The real challenge begins when you trying to get to the low teens
