Got some really bad lower back pain due barbell rows last night.

First time I've ever gotten hurt in the gym :mjcry:

You guys got any tips for a fast recovery? There's pain when I walk, sit, sleep

Rest, a few tylenol and a heat pad.
If it pursist for more than a week, see what the insutance looking like and hit up a Dr.:francis:

Back into soccer for real for the first time in about 7 years. 2 games this week, won the first, lost the second but I did score 2 in the second

It's such a weird feeling playing with about 25-30 extra pounds than what I used to back in college. I can still fly by people at will down the wing off of feints & acceleration (2nd game their goalie kept yelling at his defense to not let me get open because none of them would be able to catch me) but my quick footwork is :flabbynsick:

I can definitely see the benefits of working hard on legs and core. My shots have so much pop and swerve now.
And since its co-ed well being in crazy good shape is paying off there too.

Who here has actually folllwed a calorie calculator before? Their calorie recommendations seem too high

Deloaded on squats and it still feels kinda :sadcam: Think I got my feet positioning down pat now.

Deads were :flabbynsick: Lack of calories def showed up there. Hopefully I can get these cals back up for the next session. Or maybe cut down cardio :patrice:

My traps are jumping tho now:noah:

Who here has actually folllwed a calorie calculator before? Their calorie recommendations seem too high
shyt had me all out of order on that first cut mayne. "2600 calories a day? O this finna be a breeze :steviej:" Just go by the scale.

Speaking of calories/weight.... anybody ever struggle with getting lean, and then having to accept eating more + getting soft to make gains? I'm happy with my current look and can just maintain.... but I want to make gains too. I guess I need to find out the minimum amount of calories to add to make gains without spilling over. I wanna hit 275/405/405 on my 3x5 bench/squat/dead and just put on a hair more size everywhere. This year has been a fukking roller coaster though so maybe when shyt settles down I'll be cool
