Why not make greens? Cook a big ass pot on the weekend and you have vegetables all week. Green beans are also good, the hell you mean you don't like them!? Zucchini, asparagus, cauliflower, kale, chard, roasted brussel sprouts - hella different types of lettuce. Those are all easy go-to's

So I get in there and had been doing mostly cardio lately but decide to do weights. So I get on the bench. I put 155 on there and do 9 reps, I'm like :myman:. Throw some more tens on there and do 7 reps at 175, I'm like :win:. Take the four tens out and put 25s and do 5 reps at 185, I'm like :leon:. Take those out and put in 35s and attempt to do 3 reps at 205, I do them but one at a time so I'm like :picard:. Then I say fukk it, let me hit 225 just one time, and let's just say I was like :mjcry: and then after I survived I was like :snoop:. The bar ended up on my thighs at one point, and thank God it did. :to: I'm like, let me stick to manageable weights for now :francis: before I end up in the middle of the gym like :deadmanny:.

:russ: It definitely wasn't going back up on the bar, or falling back towards my neck :merchant:, so I had to push it towards my legs so I can set it on the bench. This what I get for not using a spotter. My common sense was like :ufdup:.

That's why I rather do one less rep instead of trying to get that extra one in if I don't have a spotter. Simply not worth it.
