So I get in there and had been doing mostly cardio lately but decide to do weights. So I get on the bench. I put 155 on there and do 9 reps, I'm like

. Take the four tens out and put 25s and do 5 reps at 185, I'm like

. Take those out and put in 35s and attempt to do 3 reps at 205, I do them but one at a time so I'm like

. Then I say fukk it, let me hit 225 just one time, and let's just say I was like

. The bar ended up on my thighs at one point, and thank God it did.

I'm like, let me stick to manageable weights for now
