light/decent chest workout but I did hit 350 1 time on bench:win:
today ran 1 mile ,3 5 min rounds shadow boxing, then various push ups and core workouts all with 50 lb weight vest feeling good this morning:ehh:
I had dreams of working out with 315 before my cut. It's crazy how you lose weight and lose strength :beli:

You should buy a nutribullet and drink your veggies and you can do a combo blend of fruits and veggies.

I already do that.

I was more-so referring about diversifying my bonds since I only really eating green veggies (broccoli, kale, spinach, etc);

haven't eaten much these past two days and have no appetite, workouts suck. thinking it might be better to just not go until i can get my mind right

That's kinda where I'm at right now. I don't eat very much when I have a lot going on.
I'm decreasing body fat but I'm losing my strength and my workouts have been mediocre.
