i dont see how...if you live there, yea, but on vacay, you'd have to make sure to workout and then only eat like one meal a day :dead:

I love how adding a large amount of spinach to my morning smoothie has me feeling full for almost the whole day.:blessed: Usually I’m starving by 11am but now I don’t feel hungry until around 3pm and even then it’s a mild hunger.

If you wanna lose weight I highly recommend it.

these injuries got my game so fukked up that this season isn't even fun

strained left groin so i can't stretch for any balls or i can feel it tweak. unfortunately my brain forgets this mid-match so i aggravate it every game.
sprained knee, calf contusion and high ankle sprain all on my right leg from a collision w/ the goalie last week. i thought i broke my leg when it first happened. definitely gave the goalie a concussion. any kind of clash makes it go numb from the knee down for at least 5 mins and i have to come out. so i can barely play defense (can't tackle at all) when im normally a brick wall.

and we still have 5 games left :sadcam:

looks like it'll be another week on the exercise bike instead of getting in any leg day. at least my cardio is going up big time.

My competitive season actually starts today in 2 hours. I had mad injuries and had to take off a lot of time to heal. Gonna have to play myself into shape for Spring and hopefully get sharp before the summer season starts.

Tweaked my lower back on Sunday and it's probably only 80% healed :francis:. I think it's a bulging/herniated disc re-aggravation. I was thinking of taking the day off but I'm the captain and I'm also leading the line.

My boy told me about this too said I should freeze the spinach and crust it up

Ain't been to the gym in a month. Still eating very clean. But my motivation with the gym is zero.

I need to snap out of it. :smh:
I can tell you that the gym is the best release for that

But I can also understand not wanting to go out and be around people at the gym


Best thing is stay committed to doing push-ups at home that’s all you really need tbh

Walking would be a good idea as well. Movement and might help you clear your mind a bit

I know i'll jump back into it like i did before, let the muscle memory kick in and go extra hard. that personal shyt need to be dealt with once and for all, and its back to the grind.

Co-sign on the walking. I've been incorporating a 5-mile walk every Sunday. Good way for me to re-cap the previous week and plan for the week ahead.

Just talking to yourselves about your plans and ambitions :ahh:
