I’m getting there finally seeing cuts on my body
This weight journey never ends I work twice as hard now then I did when I was losing the 100 but I’m seeing the best results in my life up to this point

Usually I’m starving by 11am but now I don’t feel hungry until around 3pm and even then it’s a mild hunger. these injuries got my game so fukked up that this season isn't even fun
strained left groin so i can't stretch for any balls or i can feel it tweak. unfortunately my brain forgets this mid-match so i aggravate it every game.
sprained knee, calf contusion and high ankle sprain all on my right leg from a collision w/ the goalie last week. i thought i broke my leg when it first happened. definitely gave the goalie a concussion. any kind of clash makes it go numb from the knee down for at least 5 mins and i have to come out. so i can barely play defense (can't tackle at all) when im normally a brick wall.
and we still have 5 games left
looks like it'll be another week on the exercise bike instead of getting in any leg day. at least my cardio is going up big time.
. I think it's a bulging/herniated disc re-aggravation. I was thinking of taking the day off but I'm the captain and I'm also leading the line.

I need to do that on Saturdays but I keep ending up watching EPL all morningCo-sign on the walking. I've been incorporating a 5-mile walk every Sunday. Good way for me to re-cap the previous week and plan for the week ahead.
