I just purchased a Power Twister, beginner's level at 20KG. I wanted a home workout equipment of some sort on days I don't feel like or can't make it to the Gym.


Hopefully I'm successful at using this thing...
My power twister came today, I had an workout with it this morning and loved it :ohlawd: I feel the burn in my arms and shoulders :wow:
.
My left knee is sore since Monday so I haven't been to the gym this week, used the Power Twister on Tuesday for strength training so I'm good on that front, it's just the cardio I'm missing out on.

How has the power twister been going for you? How many times do you bend it?

It's been going great. I bend it 30 reps, sometimes 40 reps each (sets of 2) overhand/underhanded on days when I don't go to the gym.


I stopped using it on days I do strength training at the gym as I would be too tired to complete my strength training workouts.


My arms got sightly more solid which I'm very happy about:thumbsup:

I stopped using it on days I do strength training at the gym as I would be too tired to complete my strength training workouts.

I'm getting back to working out and I don't have a gym membership so I've have been looking into home workout stuff since I have a small apartment.

Does it work all arm muscles? Does over and under hand do work different muscles?

It works all upper body muscles. There's some videos on YouTube giving instructions on how use the Power Twister and workouts and such.

How do you all test your strength I been training for a month and the most I’ve squat is 125 how y’all know when to move up I’m a skinny nikka so don’t kill me

It's a lie breh. The scale lying to you. You can't gain a real pound in a day unless you sleep at a buffet. I doubt you ate at least 4000 calories in a day.

That’s the inherent fallacy of weighing yourself multiple times a week. Pick one day, one time and the same conditions. Best way to evaluate unless it’s context prep.

Yeah, best time is once a week, in the morning before you eat/drink anything & after you take a piss/shyt...

At least that's what I did to keep it as accurate as possible.

ehh, i weigh daily in the am before the gym. my weight fluctuates too easily, so doing weekly weigh-ins, i could be "falsely" up/down for various reasons and not have a true grasp of what my weight is doing. when my nutrition is on point, i generally see a daily downward trend, fukking around with weekly weigh-ins would have me waste half a month with a nutrition plan that aint working because i'd need a second week number to give verify what the week 1 number was. weighing everyday became more helpful for me, it also motivates me to stay on track...but yea, for some, i could see how it would create neuroses
