I just purchased a Power Twister, beginner's level at 20KG. I wanted a home workout equipment of some sort on days I don't feel like or can't make it to the Gym.

My left knee is sore since Monday so I haven't been to the gym this week, used the Power Twister on Tuesday for strength training so I'm good on that front, it's just the cardio I'm missing out on.
It's been going great. I bend it 30 reps, sometimes 40 reps each (sets of 2) overhand/underhanded on days when I don't go to the gym.How has the power twister been going for you? How many times do you bend it?

I stopped using it on days I do strength training at the gym as I would be too tired to complete my strength training workouts.

It's a lie breh. The scale lying to you. You can't gain a real pound in a day unless you sleep at a buffet. I doubt you ate at least 4000 calories in a day.
