I eat oatmeal my last meal. I figure that will hold me. I cut the energy gel out because it started my “eating” period of my IF fasting. So it had me stop eating early in the day and that used to kill me in the end lol.

You have to ask yourself:
If the gel was helping you, are the benefits of skipping it for the benefits of being rigid (100 cals) with IF are worth it. IMO no but you have to determine that.
No doubt its always up to the individual. I usually just try to get people to look at the entire picture when taking a direction.I get what u saying fam you have a valid point. But this my last month before my vacation so that why I’m doing it so rigid. Trying sprint to the finish line ya feel me. On vacation (2months) I’m going to try to go 3X a week minimum. Right now I do 5days on 1 off.
Plus working out is a never ending journey just tweaking stuff here and there. That’s why I like this thread because i can always pick up on new things every now and again from other people and try it out and see how it works for me.

Empty stomach workouts are great...especially for accelerated weight loss/calorie burning. You burn fat almost instantlyMy early morning workouts are fasted workouts I feel better doing em that way
