So I think my body is in starvation mode.
Right now im 6'1 173lbs...I think I only have another 5 to 10lbs to go (cutting).
Why I think im in starvation mode:
I just got an Apple Watch.
Today was a typical weekday for me.
My stats are showing ill probably end the day burning about 3,400 calories (im more active than I thought)...
...thing is, ive been eating 2,000 calories a day....
...way under eating.
Should I up my calories to the 3,000 range on days like this?


Most got some type of cheat code.When I started working out I quickly realized that most ppl be on something. The average person can’t get gains like that. I’ve always wondered how athletes get in shape in a month looks wise but it takes common folks the whole damn year.

That’s what I’m saying. The average person can’t train all day everyday but even the natural ones that do aren’t making the gains these actors, and athletes do. Hell Gucci is the poster boy for natural and hard work in my eyes we’ve been seen him gradually progress over the last couple of years.Caffeine can help training but it's not really helping change a physique. Definitely not the factor between those making gains and those who aren't.
