I'm switching over to dumbbell bench now... I'm just kinda ofwith BB bench right now and I think its easier IMO to switch back to BB bench w/o strength losses compared to other BB lifts.

Those dumbbell presses gonna get you so right. It hit all the muscles and you really have to focus on stabalizing the weight more than with BB.
Your weight on BB will probably go up after you get done pushing the DBs.
Just be careful with your shoulders.
