Bruh with all these mass shootings going on today, I gotta start watching my back at the gym now.

I frequent my gym 6 days a week and I notice that one, skinny, pimple faced, incel CAC that shows up once in a blue moon lifting 5lb DBs.

Always staring at the other lifters pushing weight looking jealous AF.

Staring at the bytches knowing he has no chance of getting in those guts.

I'm switching over to dumbbell bench now... I'm just kinda of :russell: with BB bench right now and I think its easier IMO to switch back to BB bench w/o strength losses compared to other BB lifts.

Those dumbbell presses gonna get you so right. It hit all the muscles and you really have to focus on stabalizing the weight more than with BB.
Your weight on BB will probably go up after you get done pushing the DBs.
Just be careful with your shoulders.

Yeah, I can already tell with my left is weak with the stabilizing muscles. My shoulders already liking it since my range of motion is better.

Gonna work my way up since my gym has a ton of heavy dumbbells.:ohlawd:
