Man this chick was on the squat rack for over an hour and a half
She did deadlift, the some lunges, then some other lil girly shyts, then some squats, then some more girly shyt. She really only needed the rack for 1 exercise yet she held that muthafukka down.
I can be a slow worker on the rack cause im hittin that hawse weight so i can understand being on it for a min but she was insane and flat out greedy.
I hit my entire workout and left and she was still on that joint :samjack:

Man I'm so glad my gym got multiple power racks. My cheap gym you get there at the wrong time and you'll be waiting for a while for the lone squat rack.![]()

I just bought the Powerlift 4s on Adidas.com for $40, too cheap to pass on, now I got a dedicated shoe for lower body daysSquatted barefooted for the first time. I feel stupid not knowing this back then. I always squatted with my running shoes because I didn't know any better. I struggled with 225 last week for only 5 reps. Yesterday, did it barefoot and repped 15x with no problem. Dam what a difference.
