Worked my way up from 135 10 reps -225 8 reps -315 5 reps -Hit 385 1 time twice and said fukk it lets go 395.
Couldnt get it back up but gotdammit im close af. I think my core punked out and got loose so I had to fold.

I know, but wat I'm trying to avoid is any possible water weight gained from supplementing creatine as I'm tryna get under 210 asap
I guess but what does a little water matter if it’s just general weight loss and not for some type of competition?

Regardless it’s minimal and doubtful you are going to be able to tell any difference. The benefits outweigh most downside.

Main reason is, some days I fill out a size large shirt like :takedat:
And other days I look :flabbynsick:

I feel once I get under 210, this won't happen as much till I get under 200
