That’s why I think that stuff is madness your body becomes so depleted and the muscle flatness is so bad. It really is a mind body control. I’m even learning in my recomp this shyt is a trip.

Everyone talking about Popeyes’ sandwich and I’m just wondering what the macros are for it :mjlol:

Even if Popeyes’ has a better tasting sandwich, the macros of most of CFA’s items are pretty solid. Heck, that grilled wrap is a lifesaver on a cut :wow:

I think my body's finally getting used to this cardio for my circuit training.:whew: I just gotta remember to get my carbs in before.:flabbynsick:


Wondering if I should just bite the bullet and switch to full body on my non circuit days since I only have like 2-3 days to get my strength stuff in. :lupe:



Weight is starting to come down:ohlawd: If I can cut down back to 190 without being :hamster:

@rayswiftbeats got my powerlifts 4's yesterday

Used them today for squats n deads

Was able to not only add 25lbs to my Max, but also do a full 12 reps, I literally felt clamped to the grown and felt that mind muscle connection where I just has to focus on the muscle movements without feeling paranoid of failing :banderas:


Best $40 I ever spent

They coming in tomorrow bruh. Deadlift day. Can't wait to try them bytches. After lifting on and off for almost 20 years, these are my first weight lifting shoes.

Can't wait.

My forearm tendinitis is acting up again. It hurt to use my left hand to drive, so ima rest it for about 4 weeks.

I started doing cardio. 30 min on the treadmill, 10.0 incline at 3 mph. Going for 4 times a week minimum. Hoping to see some decent results.

If I’m trippen on the cardio someone let me knkw

Did a Barbell complex for the first time and I barely made to my bed, nicca back is aching like crazy:damn::damn:

Back was aching all weekend and Monday. Woke up ealry before work and put my 10's Unit to work. shyt worked like a charm.


Last couple days been decent.

Sat- Cardio/Biceps work.
Sun- Biceps work.
Mon- Cardio/Biceps work.

Tues- Hit Chest/Shoulders/Biceps hard w/ some Lat Work worked in.

Weds. 1/2 Mile run, 6-2 min rounds on the heavy bag. Leg Press x8, Curls x5, Push Ups x8 for 5 rounds. Then I hit back, and arms hard.

Anyone mess with muscle rollers? My boy recommended it for my leg pain due to running or long walks so I got some $10 one on Amazon. Said it will help with the tightness and liquid buildup in that area.

Brehs I’m an early early morning lifter

But those days where you’re running around all day and squeeze in a late night workout I’m talking 10pm :smh:

Today is one if those days fighting through it with no preworkout legs day and cardio :snoop:
