I'm about to start working this week and I doubt I can hit the gym during the week

If youre going in the AM and the afternoon or night than yeah. It's technically 4 but it doesnt matter what matters is what you get done while you're in there

I don’t give a fukk why you say, pumpkin spice is the best spice out there. I put that shyt in oatmeal, coffee, pancakes, on titties, whatever will take it:mjlit:

I'm 36, went in today, dude said I gained 5 pounds of muscle, and my body fat percentage was @ 6.5 %

Since I've moved I've been in the gym pretty much daily, don't really know what I'm doing as far as lifting. I just look at the posters. I maxed bench pressed 180 today. Probably could have done more; but didn't have anyone there to spot me so I didn't want to push it. Junk is kinda addicting.

But when I first got here, ( I'm in the army) I was struggling to do 3 of the new army combat fitness test knee tucks ( which was going to be my toughest event imo) . Now I can pop off 5 ( which is min) no problem

Caffeine free or very low
Has creatine
Doesn't cost $2 a serving
what do you want the preworkout to do?

The active ingrediants in pretty much all preworkouts are the same:

Creatine
Beta-Alanine
Caffine
Citrulline

You can buy them all separately.

The active ingrediants in pretty much all preworkouts are the same:

Creatine
Beta-Alanine
Caffine
Citrulline

You can buy them all separately.
I was trying to get bang for the buck by having a pre workout with all those ingredients except caffeine since most of my sessions pretty soon are going to be at nights. Most stim-free ones I'm finding lack creatine which is important to me as a smaller dude trying to build strength/muscle.

Closest thing I'm seeing so far is C4 Sport with 135 mg of caffeine and 2.5 g of creatine.

fam go on Amazon (or Bulksupplements.com) and buy the ingredients separately.

Only other thing you'll need is some type of water flavoring.

Its way cheaper, and easy to make.

Once I started doing that I finished the bags I bought and stopped taking the preworkout because it made me realize the only thing I was feeling was the caffeine.
