Thought I could go 5/5 this week but I'll go 3/5, which is still good. And I'll be back on the soccer pitch on Saturday. Diet still needs refinement, but less eating out so far this week. At least I've established my baseline for weights. This weekend I'll draft up my actual workout routine for the next 13 weeks. Might even do a weekly food menu as well...:jbhmm:

trying to find the best shirts with tighter smaller sleeves to show my Triceps off :birdman:

I'm digging the Goodfellow brand from Target.

They're loose, but fit just enough to show off where it counts.

I keep telling nikkas, looser fits make you look bigger. People will see you and think, "That's a pretty loose shirt, but I can see where he's still filling it out."

Just don't be out here dressing like Crime Mob in '04. :whoa:

Yep for a plain t-shirt that’s my go to choice. Cheap but fits well through the chest arms and back.

my abs are clearly visible, lower abs coming in slower, delts rounding, more vascularity, waste just shrunk. just vitamins/fibre/macro tracking/scaling food. PPL training and cardio.

if you get a great coach/team it really works. I'll do this for another 8 weeks at least and get as close as I can to 10% bf.

believe me when i tell you this method works and I'm kicking myself for not doing this before.

How much did you change your diet?

What kind of pain are you experiencing to need bpc?

I just got my tux for my sister's wedding and those pants fit like leggings. I could barely walk they were so tight. :dead:

Had to pay $20 to expedite the shipping for a new pair. :francis:

One of the downsides of not skipping leg day, my friends.


having a 32 waist, but having to buy 36 pants because you have thunder thighs :mjcry:

My left arm was killing me this morning. Don't know if I slept on it wrong or it's just sore from this week. Maybe I overworked it, who knows. Did squats on Monday and got up to 235 so reached a new high. Just gonna try to go up each week and see if I can reach 3 plates hopefully. Tuesday was a blur, I think I just did cardio. Wednesday these dead lifts done killed me. Could really feel it in my hamstrings. Gotta work on my deadlifts a bit more. Yesterday I did bench, nothing too crazy tho. Gonna likely take today off and hopefully go tomorrow if this damn tropical storm permits.
