It's like everytime I be clean and extra disciplined with my diet she brings temptation to me and put it in the fridge or the kitchen table. That shyt be so hard to resist when it's right in your kitchen and you know if you don't eat it the shyt getting thrown away

Realized I was spending too much time in the hole at the bottom of my squats. I wasn't doing pause reps, but I like to spend a brief moment in the bottom to ensure i'm hitting depth, but I had to trust myself and I was able to hit more reps.
To be fair, I also did fewer warm up sets. I usually do two sets before increasing the weight but this time I only did one, so i'm sure that made a big difference as well.
