Yep, go as fast as you can for a couple mins, then rest, then go again. After 5-6 sets you're done.

i still do cayenne pepper, lemon, and green tea every morning. i'm still on my intermittent fasting, just not everyday. Today i had my first pack, a bottle of water, and a metrx big 100 replacement bar. thats gone last until i get home do a fruit smoothie,hit the gym and some cardio and then finish up with a decent home made salad.
