What weight did you start doing 5x5 on BP and when?
I was about 175 when I started last year summer time, started at 40kg and progressed to 100 at the start of this year but been stuck ever since
If you're trying to cut then your bench press numbers is either going to go down or plateau. Don't trip off going up on your bench. Just do what you can.
I know but even when I haven't been actively cutting, it's been the same

Same here breh. I just accepted that my bench ain't going up unless I gain weight.

Brought my sis to the gym, made her take a 200mg caffeine pill

Taught her to deadlift, had her deadlifting 135lbs

Forgot to tell her to get her breathing right, she was just holding her breath throughout the set

She was puking in the bathroom :mjlol:
