i got down to 265 one time so far,now i'm back at 270 :francis:
been doing the intermittent fasting but when i get off some days my first meal,only meal, is trash
i'm going back to making smoothies in the morning
now when i get off i do wind sprints with my parachute and weight vest(50lb) then its various drills and heavy bag work
i'm 40 i'm gone play these last 2 games at d end/ d tackle and then start putting in real work for this mma fight in the spring
training for these are 2 different things :whew:

I call myself packing gym clothes for my trip to Oakland allegedly it’s cold but I think my friend just got brand new on me since our NE days :mjpls:

Just got this for the crib. Going to switch from Full body workouts back to PPL. Going to Life in the Morning and do HIIT in the afternoon after work on the Push and Pull days.

I'm thinking about joining a Boxing gym once I hit my weight goal.

I'm taking the jump into boxing. For now, I'll just do bag work for cardio before I jump into actual classes. Stationary bike just is too mind numbing for me. I met a dude at the gym yesterday who said that's all he does for cardio. I looked at him and it looks like he got a really good sweat out of it.

How should I start/what's a good routine for just bag work. Ordered some gloves today so they should be here next week for me to start.

I'm taking the jump into boxing. For now, I'll just do bag work for cardio before I jump into actual classes. Stationary bike just is too mind numbing for me. Dying right now, trying to bench and girl next me doing lunges smells like rotting onions :scust::sadbron:
Some funky ass dude did that to me once, one them crunchy funky no deodorant wearing brehs, jumped on the treadmill next to me and proceeded to work up a sweat...I cut my workout short and just gave him the whole row :hhh:

Haven't trained legs in about 2 weeks and I felt like I was running on air in our match tonight. Glad soccer's over w/ for once cause playing in 20 degree weather is not it.

Onto basketball, temperature controlled environments and training legs again:ahh:
