i got down to 265 one time so far,now i'm back at 270 
been doing the intermittent fasting but when i get off some days my first meal,only meal, is trash
i'm going back to making smoothies in the morning
now when i get off i do wind sprints with my parachute and weight vest(50lb) then its various drills and heavy bag work
i'm 40 i'm gone play these last 2 games at d end/ d tackle and then start putting in real work for this mma fight in the spring
training for these are 2 different things
