Did some rope work today, got a nice burn. Did my kB routine last night since I Slept at my in law home for today. Probably bang out a gang of push ups before sleep.

Bruhs these mile intervals are brutal
I do em all with 50lb weightvest and half with parachute sheesh
Now it's heavybag And footwork drills, I'm keeping the vest on

Took a three day break from the gym because spin class was cancelled Tuesday and I forgot my sports bra at home, just got back from VA. I’m def back on it tomorrow I pigged tf out Xmas Eve and Day.

Love Metcons. Had all of em except the 1s and the Sports.

I had the Metcons 1-2 and didnt really care for them. I'm using Nano 9s now and they gotta be the best cross training shoe I've ever used. Metcons seem ok if you have more narrow feet.

Side not just did Squats for the 1st time in 2 years. Sucks starting from scratch but even with 225 I can feel it hitting way more muscles than leg press. I stopped doing Squats because It became a pain to get a free squat rack with the after work crowd at the new gym I started going to at the time. Now that I do early morning work outs squat racks tend to be free more often.

All the new years resolutioners that are going to swamp my gym just has me like :mjcry:
it actually wasn't bad last yr, but I work out in the mornings now so idk how it will be. And I fell THE hell off the last month. Lotta stress eating, probably lost 2-3 months of progress but then again water weight is a B.
