225 now. Need to get down to 205-210 and hang on to as much of this strength I developed this year as possible. It’s all in my diet. Once I get that back on track my workouts are consistent enough for everything to fall in place. Controlling portions and booze.
Breh eliminate booze seriously after a couple weeks you gon realize it’s overrated

even the wine it’s just useless calories.

I realized a long time ago this lifting/fitness/aesthetics/whatever thing is an individual pursuit. You can have people help you and try to help others, but at the end of the day it's all on you. This ain't a team sport.

And my gym is closed for regulars only until after NYD anyways. Finna go kill legs in 30 and that bish'll be empty. :blessed:
