Damn, achieving a squat form like this is GOALS :wow:

They are 2 of the most impressive competitive weightlifters to watch perform. They both have Olympic medals and world championships, and they both have mindblowing C&J and Snatch technique.

It be bad having to cut a workout short because you know you gotta take a shyt and you don't shyt at public bathrooms. Had to cut the crunch machine in half today at the gym :francis:

Yes. Unless you two are closely related your proportions will prolly not resemble his. But reaching a similar aesthetic is possible.

How do you go about it? By very carefully dieting + exercising. Should prolly mirror your training to imitate his (I'm sure he runs, sprints, lifts weight, etc.)

Since dude is not freak-level big or impossibly lean, this should be attainable natty. Now, depending on where you are now, it may take you quite a while (8-10 years or more).
