I feel like this applies to at least 85% of folks who show up to the gym in general, whether they're natty or not.
For some reason a vast majority of folks think they'll magically get gains just for showing up to the gym. Ain't no attendance credit to this chit.

You either went in or didn't; you either forced your body to adapt or you didn't.
That's why I hate taking people to the gym with me. They either: 1) make excuses and don't show up, and/or 2) bytch and complain and phone it in when they do. And they never do any of the support stuff (sleeping enough, eating right, recovering, researching and learning new things, etc.), and then wonder why they can't make any progress.
