To me as a first time user in my late 30s, yes.
I feel the fittest ive ever been, but not just because of the stack but because of the wholesale changes I made to my dieting, training, sleep, and cutting out all the crap.
I'm 40 in April, i swear to you i feel like i'm healthier and fitter than when i was in my 20s and early 30s.
I did low dose and mild compounds, it helped cut me up, and add lean gains. But i'm not doing this year round. Plus TRT is 200-250mg and that shyt at some point in my humble opinion is needed especially for middle aged men whose testosterone drops naturally.
The key is to not overcompensate to get that massive jump in size or to do a very harmful compound that my help cut you up but give you a ton of side effects.
I read, re-read and carefully examine before I jump into anything.

Don't benchmark other ppl, just look to it from your angle fukk what everyone else says. What works for you? Thats the question because everybody is different.
