Suppose to do push/quads tonight since I did back/hams/glutes yesterday. But doing anything chest related at the gym tonight is going to be :sadcam:

Went to my cheap gym to just do cardio and the jawn was dead as hell:ohhh: Said fukk it and went ahead and did squats (safety bar) and push workout.:mjgrin::mjcry:

I'm tired of cutting :mjcry:

Been cutting for like 5 months and I feel I've hit my plateau, my numbers r pretty good but I guess my work out didn't exactly help put on size for my arms, more so strenght, i feel they can only be so big wen I'm getting maybe 1800 calories a day and like 120-140 grams of protein daily

I still got 10-15lbs to loose so my diet is gonna stay the same till then

Wat else can I do brehs?:sadcam:

You know what they say, "cutting reveals the gains you made". You could probably up your protein, that's the one big difference I noticed when switching to a calorie deficit, getting enough protein is paramount. But continually gaining strength/muscle is just going to be harder when cutting down. :yeshrug:

Mind you i don't do the gym bro shyt..many many ppl think that taking 500 mg test and a bunch of other compounds guarantees results :mjlol:

Trust me when i say 95% and thats a low estimate of folk have no idea of the importance of diet, training, intensity and the small details.

Which is why the average dumbass who wants to look like celebs or IG fitness ppl ends up looking like bloated, fat and like water tanks, getting all the bad side effects, taking harsh compounds like Dbol :scust: water retention and highly toxic and leads to serious gyno, or Tren which is a very dangerous and harsh compound. And they eat like garbage, barely break a sweat training, don't do the science. Just groupies trying to take shortcuts.

I'm telling you breh. Its deeper than rap.

Im about to finish a low dose cycle that i used to cut and add lean gains, i was working with a coach for 3 months transformed me beyond what any drugs can do. Now i'm on my own but meal prepping, getting the necessary sleep, training like a fukking madman, not shortchanging cardio and always putting in time and effort to optimize daily. Its like putting together a puzzle every piece gotta fit, these fukkers want it to be one way but its the other way. They wanna go out on weekends and eat refeeds and cheat meals when their body fat is 20% and then party/drink and wonder why they don't change one bit in the gym. They're there at the gym but steady clowning and socializing. To top it all off you know they're taking 750mg Test/500 mg EQ/500mg Tren weekly and look worse than natural clean eating, hard training lifters.

To me as a first time user in my late 30s, yes.

I feel the fittest ive ever been, but not just because of the stack but because of the wholesale changes I made to my dieting, training, sleep, and cutting out all the crap.

I'm 40 in April, i swear to you i feel like i'm healthier and fitter than when i was in my 20s and early 30s.

I did low dose and mild compounds, it helped cut me up, and add lean gains. But i'm not doing this year round. Plus TRT is 200-250mg and that shyt at some point in my humble opinion is needed especially for middle aged men whose testosterone drops naturally.

The key is to not overcompensate to get that massive jump in size or to do a very harmful compound that my help cut you up but give you a ton of side effects.

I read, re-read and carefully examine before I jump into anything.

You got clowns out here asking bodybuilders on IG for their opinion on their stack and they're halfway through their cycle :wtf: :what:

Don't benchmark other ppl, just look to it from your angle fukk what everyone else says. What works for you? Thats the question because everybody is different.
